Being part of his family business at a young age, Fred’s been around relocation and moving all his life – from sweeping the floors of his mother's warehouses to sitting in trans-continental moving trucks, disguised as holiday adventures! This time allowed him to see the relocation world for what it truly is - exciting, liberating, new and a complete adventure.

Client Services Manager

Tom has an extensive background in the UK property industry, lately working as a Lettings Valuer and Associate Director for a major UK Estate Agent and has a wide range of experience dealing with a number of different types of clients and their unique and varied requirements.

Managing Director

As Managing Director David’s role is oversee all aspects of everyday life at Realm. David has held a number of leadership roles in the Global Mobility industry, working for some of world's biggest companies to help move their employees all around the world.

FRED WARDALE

Client Development Coordinator

Fred joined Realm in October 2021 as Client Development Coordinator after graduating from Royal Birmingham Conservatoire in the summer of the same year with an acting degree. During his time at drama school he worked as an audition steward for the university.

OLIVIA THOMPSON

Client Development Coordinator

Olivia joined Realm in December of 2021 as Client Development Coordinator. Prior to that she was the in charge of Personal Shopping for the Trustees of Borough Market where she headed up a team dealing with large corporate accounts as well as high net worth individuals. Prior to that she has had a varied career working as a clerical assistant at a firm of solicitors, as the restaurant relations coordinator for Opentable, and also PA to Michael Winner.
